“A” SERIES

The CH-air 90ª, 120ª and 180ª rack and pinion pneumatic actuators Double Acting and Spring return have been designed to guarantee maximum precision and long life.

The special finishing of the inner surface togeather the use of the special LAT-LUB bearings mounted on the pistons that avoid the metal-metal contact obtains that the CH-ait pneumatic actuators enjoy of a high precision and long life without maintenance.

This range of actuators is suitable from 7 to 5859 Nm torque at 6 bars air pressure.

“A” series are available in four finishing coating protection:

“AE” Aluminium = Hard anodized body, Epoxy-Polyester end caps coated and Carbon Steel+ ENP shaft
“NN” Body, end caps and shaft Chemical Nickel plating (ENP) coated

“I” Forged S. Steel body and Shaft, Microcasting End covers

“TTF” Aluminium = Hard Anodized body and End caps + PTFE coating and Carbon Steel+ ENP shaft
